Joshua Rose Holdings was created from my interest in real estate, land, and building something meaningful for the future.
The name Joshua Rose holds special significance to me — it comes from the middle names of my two children. I wanted the company I build to represent more than transactions. I wanted it to represent legacy, opportunity, and growth.
As the founder of Joshua Rose Holdings, I work directly with property owners who may be considering selling their land. I believe business can be professional without being impersonal. My approach is centered on listening first, communicating clearly, treating people with respect, and looking for opportunities that make sense for everyone involved.
I'm building Joshua Rose Holdings with a long-term vision: to acquire and invest in land while creating something my children can someday look back on and know was built with purpose.
For me, land is more than property. It's opportunity — and an opportunity handled well can become part of a legacy.
